Hey, my name is Caleb.
I am passionate about art and I really enjoy design.
Currently I am enrolled as a graphic design student at Texas State Technical College and am on track to graduate in mid 2022. The course has introduced me to the Adobe suite and similar programs, all of which are equally awesome. I am passionate about the XD suite as it is fluid, and creating UX/UI layouts has become a highlight of my schooling career. Along with this, creating publications using Indesign is certainly just as interesting, all around I love to take information and organize it into a functional form that effectively communicates the desired message to the reader/user.
Being a designer is not the same as being an artist, it took me a while to understand this as I have been on a journey my entire life regarding my artistic pursuits. This talent carries value and certainly fuels my passion for design, but they are separate no doubt. Over the past three years I have found an absolute love for painting on canvas, primarily vehicles, though I am beginning to wander into new territories using oil paints and focusing on new subject matter - change is valuable. Along with painting, I also enjoy the digital side of things such as vector illustration, digital drawing and 3D graphics.
All around I am a very outgoing and passionate individual, I strive to really get everything I possibly can out of life no matter what I do. Art and Design are only one piece of the pie.
